Hi, I’m Ken — born and raised in Los Angeles, and endlessly passionate about cheeses and the art of charcuterie.
I started making charcuterie boards for family Christmas gatherings and casual kickbacks with friends — just a fun way to share good flavors and good company.
Over time, I noticed how much people enjoyed trying the meats and cheeses I introduced them to, especially in Asian households where cheese isn’t usually part of the table. It became more than just arranging food — it was about sparking conversations, laughter, and connection.
Now, I pour that same heart into creating grazing tables and boards of all sizes — each one designed to make gatherings feel warmer, tastier, and more memorable.
